Before you order
Clear policies.
No surprises.
Every Tink’s Way piece is made by hand and made for you. Please review these terms before submitting payment or approving a design.
Payment & booking
Full payment is required for orders under $250, rush orders and orders placed within 14 days of the event. Orders of $250 or more booked at least 30 days ahead may qualify for a 50% nonrefundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Your date is secured only after the required payment is received. Customers may use Afterpay at checkout to pay the full amount. Sales tax and shipping, when applicable, are added at checkout.
Design approval
Mockups are sent after payment. Please check names, spelling, dates, sizing, colors and placement carefully. Changes requested after approval may require an added fee and may affect turnaround.
Turnaround & rush
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after payment, complete order details and design approval. Orders needed in under 3 days carry a $25 rush fee and depend on availability.
Custom sales
Personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale. Orders cannot be refunded or canceled after design approval or production begins. If we made an error or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos so we can review a repair or replacement.
Handmade finish
Slight color, placement, seam and finish variations can occur. Sublimation may show small white areas near seams, and tumbler seams may be visible. These handmade variations are not considered defects.
Pickup & shipping
Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information, and pickup times must be arranged in advance. If we cannot meet a promised ship date, we will contact you with the updated timing and your available options. After shipment, carrier delivery dates are estimates, and we will help with a carrier claim when possible.
Privacy & payments
Your contact and order details are used only to answer your request, create your order and provide service. Secure online payments are processed by Stripe; Tink’s Way Customs does not receive or store your full card number.
Submitting an order request, approving a mockup or completing payment confirms that you have reviewed and accepted these order policies.
